My subsequent role at CIVICA involved creating documentation for the Learning & Education Suite (LES).

I developed user manuals, training documentation, and support content to help users understand the software and complete their tasks.

Working within an Agile delivery environment, I used Azure DevOps to support documentation activities alongside product development deadlines. Participation in product discussions helped me understand functionality and keep documentation aligned with evolving requirements.

I also collaborated with teams in Australia, bringing an international perspective to the documentation process. This work required clear communication and coordination to translate product knowledge into practical, accessible guidance for users.
