The Customer Intelligence Dashboard is an interactive telecom analytics application developed using React and Vite. It transforms 10,000 synthetic customer records (fictional data) into business-focused KPIs and visualizations covering customer value, churn exposure, satisfaction, plan distribution, and regional retention.

Users can filter the dashboard by region, plan type, network generation, and churn-risk category, with every KPI and chart updating automatically. The application runs entirely within the browser and is responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
